Dan Eigsti has worked for non-profit organizations for 31 years, including 21 years with United Methodist Youthville. During a leadership exchange arranged by Child Welfare League of America, Youthville hosted several child welfare leaders from India. In return, Dan traveled to India to visit various child welfare organizations. He was particularly impressed and moved by the work being done by Vatsalya and their Village for orphaned and abandoned children. Upon returning from his visit, he formed Namaste India Children’s Fund to help support these organizations.
